Barone was cast of Carol & Company, starring alongside Carol Burnett in the early 90s. Barone was Carol Willick Ross Geller in her debut Friends episode. Also, she was her ex-wife Carol Willick Ross Geller. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends for a job which required more time.
